Hi, I'm Tayler Vo.

A psychology student, writer, future researcher, and survivor.

I study psychology because I’ve lived its consequences—the absence of it, the misuse of it, and the urgent need for more compassionate systems.

My work is grounded in both theory and memory, cultivated by what I’ve learned in classrooms and what I’ve survived outside of them. I want to embody living proof that your trauma does not define you, and to break through boundaries that made me feel like I was too much and not enough at the same time. I want to pave the way for others, give them a voice, and to be an example of what it looks like to embrace the parts you are taught to hide.

My name appeared in headlines once, but the more important story is the one I’m telling now: how we heal, how we change systems, and how we ensure the next generation is protected, supported, and never has to survive what we did.
